US National Sales Manager

Eybna Technologies specializes in the development of science-driven Terpene Technologies for cannabis oil-based products’ manufacturers. Serving the legal US Cannabis industry since 2015, we believe in forming partnerships with key industry players for constantly involving advanced research through the process of product development, transforming valuable scientific knowledge into easily applicable products, for the immediate benefit of the consumer market.

Join us as we are expanding our US operation, seeking an experienced and results-driven b2b National Sales Manager. Come engage with leading entities in the Cannabis industry, promote innovative products and technologies with extremely high value for your clients as well as for the end Cannabis consumer.

This position will be based in Los Angeles at our US office.


•           Recruitment, training and daily management of 6-12 sales representatives spread throughout the US

•           Monitor and set US sales team goals, to meet or exceed US company sales goals

•           Foster new Tier 1 business relationships and manage Tier 1 existing relationships

•           Develop new sales tools and strategies for more effective sales closing, share with sales team

•           Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses

•           Attend industry trade events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings

•           Share observed market insights with the executive team



•           Experience in b2b sales – must

•           Sales experience in the Cannabis industry – must

•           Experience in the Cannabis extraction field – must

•           Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written

•           Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion

•           Highly motivated, determined, and target driven

•           Proven track record in the sales environment

•           Ability to create and deliver client presentations

•           Familiarity with BRM and CRM best practices

•           Valid driver’s license required due to requirements for travel as needed

•           Ability to travel as needed
