At Cannavative, we are working to make the best and most consistent cannabis products in the market.  Established in 2013, we are the premier cultivation and extraction leader who provides fine cannabis products made only here in Nevada. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to take our operation to the next level, to grow revenue and market share.

Reporting directly to ownership, as a trusted and highly communicative leader you will have autonomy to run the day to day operations with the luxury of having ownerships ear and advise.  Our ideal candidate is an existing senior leader in the adult beverage/consumer packaged goods space who has a strong understanding of production planning and operations coupled with sales planning and strategy.  The intricacies of a highly regulated product do not faze you as you excel at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  The ability to lead individuals at varying levels of their professional career is key; as a natural leader, you have the capabilities to win over hearts and minds to gain respect early on.

Responsibilities include managing a team of 5-6 Directors and providing coaching, management and leadership to both them and their existing and future teams, building operational processes and structure to ensure continuous growth, P&L management and forecasting, production planning and scheduling, collaborating with and supporting the sales team, and creating and maintaining a culture in which our employees feel supported and in turn, thrive.
