Overview

We are hiring for 2 positions – a full time sales position, and a part time sales support position that requires some flexibility (10 hours a week at minimum, maximum of 20)

For Full-Time Position:

• Own relationships and act as a valuable resource to assigned retail dispensaries and delivery businesses.
• Responsible for landing and developing partnerships, understanding needs, proactively supporting and growing accounts.
• Clearly communicate the value of Humboldt Farms products and partnership opportunities.
• Placing and tracking client orders, and following -up appropriately. Must be familiar with and abide by company policies surrounding processing and delivering orders and able to effectively communicate to accounts
• Serve as a liaison with clients regarding offerings and product launches.
• Schedule partnership events including (but not limited to) demo days, patient appreciation days, budtender education.
• Act as the ultimate point of escalation for resolution of all issues that arise with assigned retailers.
• Utilize data-driven decision making to identify upsell opportunities and improve profit margins and customer satisfaction.
• Prioritize initiatives based on analysis of market and assigned accounts therein.
• Bring feedback from the field to Sales Director and share at team meetings.
• Know and understand regulations that pertain to cannabis distribution and retailers.

Requirements:
• 2+ years in outside sales performance, having met/exceeded goals – cannabis experience not required.
• Alignment with brand values and vision.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments.
• Experience using a CRM system, and Google Suite.
• Ability to travel (must have reliable car + insurance).

Compensation: Salary + Commission + Benefits.

For the Part-Time Sales Support Role:

Job Duties:
• Act as a support to both Sales Manager and additional resource for assigned accounts (retailers, both dispensaries and deliveries).
• Be available for brand support opportunities (demo days, patient appreciation days, budtender education).
• Assigned as owner for a few smaller dispensaries, to build partnerships with and act as primary point of contact — Input and manage orders, follow-up as necessary here.
• Clearly communicate the value of Humboldt Farms products and partnership opportunities.
• Embody values and culture of the company to share with dispensaries and customers and be able to answer relevant questions.
• Bring feedback from the field to Sales Director and share at team meetings.
• Know and understand regulations that pertain to cannabis distribution and retailers.

Requirements:
• Cannabis experience.
• Alignment with brand values and vision.
• Passionate about the quality of our products.
• Ability to travel (must have reliable car + insurance).

Compensation: Base + Small % Commission.
