Bhang Corporation is a world-class producer of high-quality, award-winning consumer CBD and THC products, and now we’ve recently added a Terpene line! Founded in 2010, we have been in the cannabis space for over 8 years. At first known for our award-winning Bhang chocolate bar, we are incredibly proud of our robust portfolio of several different CBD, THC and Terpene products. We anticipate a high growth rate as we launch new products and strive to gain more of a global presence on a larger scale than ever before.

As the Regional Sales Manager California and New Mexico, in working in conjunction with the VP of Sales, you will have the ability to successfully manage a team of brand ambassadors while concurrently managing deliverables and working collaboratively within the distributor network.  You will lead by example in managing multiple priorities with ease as three product lines with multiple sku’s within a highly regulated industry is not a new or daunting task.  In working with an established brand you will capitalize on name recognition and out of the box thinking to open doors within the smoke shop, head shop and health and wellness arenas.  Working alongside your team and showing them the ropes to ensure continuous learning and loyalty comes naturally to you; at the same time, you take pride in seeing your team grow and are always looking for new recruits to bring on-board as sales targets are continuously exceeded YOY. 

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional sales experience, preferably within the 3-tier distribution network, and will have strong MS Office skills. Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
